Cancellation Policy
1. Scope of Services Camagu Collective operates as a spiritual practice and diagnostic service. All services, sessions, reports, and content are offered for personal insight, energetic alignment, and conscious decision-making. This is not medical care, psychotherapy, legal advice, or financial advice. 2. Eligibility By using this website or engaging with Camagu Collective, you confirm that: You are 22 years or older You are of sound mind and acting voluntarily You are not seeking emergency, psychiatric, or medical intervention Camagu Collective reserves the right to accept, decline, or terminate services at any time, without obligation to provide reasoning. 3. Intake & Booking Certain services require completion of an intake or diagnostic form prior to booking. Submission does not guarantee acceptance Incomplete, misleading, or false information may result in refusal of service Camagu Collective may limit, modify, or withhold services based on suitability. 4. Payments & Refunds All payments are final No refunds are issued once a service has been initiated or delivered Missed sessions or late arrivals may be forfeited at Camagu Collective’s discretion Rescheduling is not guaranteed and assessed case-by-case. 5. Conduct & Boundaries Clients agree to respectful, contained communication. The following will result in immediate disengagement: Harassment or entitlement Attempts to manipulate, coerce, or bypass boundaries Excessive or unsolicited messaging Camagu Collective is not required to explain boundary decisions. 6. Intellectual Property All content, language, frameworks, diagnostics, and methodologies are the intellectual property of Camagu Collective. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, or sell any material without written consent. 7. Limitation of Liability Camagu Collective is not liable for outcomes related to personal decisions, interpretations, or actions taken following services. Use of this site and its services is at your own discretion. 8. Changes These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
